Case washers MP

For washing the outer surface of normally dirty crates.

Machines of the MP series are fully automatic and are produced in stainless steel design.

Description of the function:

the process of moving the crates, the washing of crates and their exit from the machine is fully automatic
for removal of foreign objects from the crates the crate turners are utilised:
screw turning of the crates

turning of the crates by 180° using the helix sections in the transport plane of the crates
washing of turned crate and subsequent turning by 180°

for turning is used the guide-section semi-circle
the accelerated movement of the crate in the bend and the centrifugal force causes the release of the foreign objects
after washing the crate is rotated by another semi-circle to its original position

crates are washed using an intensive spray of hot washing solution
in accordance with the performance and the degree of contamination of crates the washer is equipped with one or more washing sections
individual sections contain separate tubs with washing liquid
circulation of washing liquids is ensured by high-performance centrifugal pumping units
the last washing section is rinsing
the washer is equipped with so-called super rinse using drinking water
heating of the washing liquid (60 – 80°C) is conducted through a steam loop with temperature regulation
this regulation consists of a temperature sensor, a temperature regulator and a steam valve
the constant level of washing solutions is maintained by a level sensor and poppet valve for adding water
the important part is the filtration of washing liquids that is divided into the filtration of the coarse and the fine impurities
above each of the tubs there is a flange for exhausting vapours originating during the washing
