Inspection of level and cap - Exan Level

Use:

• Inspection of incompletely filled and closed bottles behind the filling machine
• Possibility to inspect various caps (metal, plastic)
• Output range 50 000 bottles/hour
• Glass and PET bottles

Description of functions:

• The equipment is controlled using a Siemens S7-200 control system
• Insufficient level is inspected using a Banner optic infra- sensor
• In terms of beer, additional inspection of the presence of foam (OMRON optic sensor)
• Elimination is conducted using a pneumatic eliminator – PUSH system: on an accumulation table, or into a container as required (PET bottles)
• Components used:
  - OMRON sensor (optic + incremental), Banner (infra) and Aeco (inductive),
  - Hoerbiger pneumatics

Equipment design options:

• • Possibility to inspect wrap around labels (PET bottles)
  • Inspection of the level using CCD cameras
  • Inspect the filling tubes in the drink (using a camera)
  • Other functions according to the customers needs (consultation required)
