Inspection of the correct crate load - Exan Crates

Use:

• Inspection of the correct crate load
• Performance output up to 3 000 crates/hour

Description of functions:

• The equipment is controlled using a Siemens S7-200 system
• Inspection of crates is conducted using a camera system
• Elimination is conducted using the pneumatic eliminator – “Push” system, on the lay-by eliminating conveyor belt
  - alternatively, the elimination point can be signalised or
  - conveyance can be stopped for each incorrectly loaded crate
• Components used: Omron optic sensors, Hoerbiger pneumatics, Keyence cameras

• 0,5 l, 1 l, 1,5 l PET bottle
• Crates: 11x and 20x 0,5l, 12x 1l, 6x 1,5l
