Inspection of the presence of a label on the bottle - Exan Label

Use:

• Possibility to check three labels (front, back and upper) – or AL
• Performance output up to 50 000 bottles/hour
• Glass and PET bottles
• Can be applied to existing labelling machines

Description of functions:

• The equipment is inspected by the control panel with a microprocessor or using a Siemens S7 200 control system
• The presence of labels is inspected using OMRON optic sensors – these sensors are installed in the labelling machine
• Elimination is conducted using the pneumatic
• Eliminator, the PUSH system – on the accumulation eliminating table or into a container (PET bottles)
• Components used: OMRON sensor (optic + incremental), Hoerbiger pneumatics
