Labelling

Basic classification:

• Cold pasting – paper and tinfoil, front, back and neck label in combination with tinfoil, or safety label (stamp duty, customs) with a band in the shape of an L or U
• Hot pasting - hot melt glue for paper, foil
• All around pasting – paper and foil like a blank or from a roll
• Stretch-Sleeve – hot shrinking
• Self-adhesive label
  Check of the presence of a neck, front and back label or tinfoil bottle neck; check of the correct expiration date, closure and filling of the bottle.

Labelling machines
The main characteristics of these machines are a firm, robust structure, simple maintenance and reliability.

Technical properties

• No tools are needed, if bottle sizes and label sizes are changed. A maintenance-free heating pump is a standard fitting
• Overall settings with consideration to the label settings are performed while the machine is in operation
• Automatic operation is standard even when restarted. The machines turn off automatically, if the bottle supply is decreased and once the bottle supply is increased the machine turns on again. The initiators required for this automatic cycle are included in the delivery
• The external lubrication system and colour markings on the machine are helpful in simplifying the flow of work. The lid and table for bottles are designed maintenance-free
• All components which are designed for handling bottles are made from plastic resistant to wear and that reduce the level of noise to minimum
