Bottle washers for very low output
Output range: 1.500 - 6.000 BPH

Important characteristics of bottle washer:
- special structure of label remover limiting contamination of the lye tank
- lye circulation also in the front part of the lye tank (lye tank cleaning effect)
- low transfer of lye in water sections
- drives of all mechanisms are controlled by frequency converters (delicate bottle handing)
- thermal tempering of bottles before entry into the lye section ensures preinjection into bottles (45 - 55°C) and together with longer wash cycle, also transfer of heat from the lye section
- step-by-step movement of the plate chain (carriers move repeatedly by one pitch of a conveyor chain, bottles are inserted and removed after stopping of bottle carriers)
- all-stainless steel design of the washer respecting frequent emptying of lye from the washer

Washing process:
- Bottle pre-injection 45 - 55°C,
- Soaking in the lye washing bath 65 - 80°C,
- Lye rinsing 65 - 85°C
- Inside rinsing and rinsing with warm water 50 - 60°C,
- Inside rinsing and rinsing with cold water 25 - 35°C,
- Inside rinsing and rinsing with drinking water 10 - 15°C
