DELIVERY AND RENEWAL OF EQUIPMENT AT Pivovar Samson a.s.
In March 2016 NATE - nápojová technika a.s. implemented another project in the Czech Republic, this instance in České Budějovice. We realised delivery and renewal of conveyor lines for our long-term business partner, Pivovar Samson a.s.
The NATE team consisted of one software specialist and several technicians who, during two weeks, participated in the renewal of equipment. In addition to the successful completion of the project, they also managed to solve a number of issues related to the full capacity utilisation of the conveyor system.
NEW PETBLOK FOR “OBOLON” – “ZIBERT’S BREWERY”
PETBLOK 30/50/6 was installed for our longstanding client and put into operation in an extremely short time - 10 days. The machine, which is prepared for several formats of bottles (0.5, 1.0, 2.0 PET) and is intended for filling kvass and non-alcoholic fruit drinks, represents another excellent reference for our Company on the Ukrainian market. It again shows that our machines produce profits for their owners, thereby validating our mission!
A NEW BOTTLING LINE FOR THE REGENT BREWERY
During May and June we carried-out the installation and the commissioning of a new bottling line for our business partner - the Regent Brewery in Třeboň. We implemented a line that bottles beer into 0.5 l glass bottles. This bottling line, which is designed for lower level of performance, comprises the Athena 18/16.5 low-output bottle washer, the VERABLOK 30/30/6 filler and the EXAN SORT checking equipment that automatically carries out the inspection of colour, the height and the shape of the bottle.
Our partner is fully satisfied with the line and this delights us!
BOHEMIA HEALING MINERAL WATERS CZ a.s.
A great challenge for us was the supply of a complete filling line for filling mineral water into glass and PET bottles with the capacity of 4200 bottles per hour for our customer, BOHEMIA HEALING MINERAL WATERS CZ, a.s., with the production plant in Bílina.
Prior to the supply proper of the new filling technology it was necessary to prepare water management in accordance with current standards. The most up-to-date system of captation includes a thickening matrix for Zaječická hořká voda with a new aseptic filler which meets any future requirements on hygienically sound operation. VERABLOK 20/24/6 filler with overpressure filling is installed in the facility. All these conditions contribute to that the mineral water never leaves its natural pressure conditions and will be transported to your table without any contact with atmospheric pressure. Together with a new range of glass bottles of dark cobalt glass it means that now Bílinská kyselka is available at the highest quality in the entire history of filling.

We help fill Poděbradka
NATE – nápojová technika a.s. continues with its supplies and in expanding its references. One of the last deliveries was a filling machine for Poděbradka a.s. in Poděbrady.
Poděbradka is a natural mineral water, which has a beneficial effect on the human body. Its production is subject to strict standards and regulations. The supply included the PETBLOCK 24/16/4 filler with ULTRACLEAN protection, a complete conveyor system and chlorodioxide station.
Delivery of new washing technology to the sodovkárna in Kolín
In October of 2013, the delivery of washing technology to the Sodovkárna Kolín (soda water works) took place.
The Sodovkárna Kolín decided to replace the KONTIMA 24/19 a bottle washer after 19 years of operation. The existing washer was replaced by new equipment, which meets today’s stringent technological requirements. The ATHENA 14/14.3 CN bottle washer is stainless steel. It is equipped with the latest technical devices, e.g.: the system of dropping bottles into the damaged bin, pressure pre-injection or identification of a damaged bin.

Ostravar brewery
From mid-April of this year, a new washer of returnable bottles, with the DELTA 28/34.4 designation, has been in operation.
This contract had a very tough deadline: "After we had won the tender, we received the complete submission on 23rd January. We took on a certain risk. The machinery, whose production normally takes about five months, we managed to implement in just 65 days," the Project Manager, Zdeněk Holas, revealed.
The new washing equipment, with a capacity of 34,000 bottles per hour, is the largest manufacturing investment made by the Ostrava Brewery since the year 2005 and it is also much more environmentally friendly; "After the commencement of full operation, we will be needing much less water, steam and electricity to wash our bottles", states Richard Kornas, Head of Technical Support at the Ostravar Brewery.
According to the manufacturer, 250 ml of water is sufficient for washing one bottle, with a consumption of 1,370 MJ of steam per hour. Therefore, on an annual basis, Ostravar, according to their calculations, will save 5 200 GJ of steam and 17 500 m3 of water for the washing of returnable bottles.
The washing machinery for returnable bottles also demands respect for its dimensions. The washer is 12.5 metres long and 5.6 metres wide and weighs 40 tons. To load this huge colossus onto the transport truck was not easy. Under the supervision of two auto-crane operators, the whole process lasted four hours.
Only then could this excess load be driven through the streets leading into Ostrava and to the Ostravar Brewery.
In order to enable the installation of the washer in the brewery, located in the centre of Ostrava, it was necessary to enlarge the bottling hall by 6 metres and to remove the ceiling above the bottling hall.
The technicians from Nate and from Ostravar managed to complete the installation of the new washers in a record time of 2 weeks. "This involved a very complicated technological process, which required both the redeployment of the production activity and the service of giant-tonnage cranes," states Richard Kornas. In addition to the washer, Ostravar also replaced 41 metres of conveyor belt in the bottling hall.
The washer for the returnable DELTA 28 bottles is fully automatic. From the moment when a dirty bottle arrives at the washer, until it goes out clean, on the belt, takes only 16 minutes and all this with just half of the previous consumption of water and steam. A beer bottle passes through eight washing zones during the washing process, thereby ensuring perfect washing.

Last year the Litovel brewery decided to increase the output of the existing line in order to be able to satisfy more of its customers.
On the basis of a successful tender, our company presented a project to the investor (Pivovar Litovel) and supplied a complete line with the output of 36.000 bottles per hour.
